I started with the free introduction and got some responses. Knowing that they require you to pay in order to respond I decided to try and get a one month subscription. I did this on my phone and accidently pressed the one year as opposed to the one month. No where on this site does it have a number you can call. I emailed and got a response. I got a number to call and called it to let them know my mistake. They were nice about it and refunded my one year from a month subscription. I clearly told the person on the phone and stated in the email I only wanted to try it out for a month. He never once told me I had to cancel my "one month" subscription. So to my surprise I got charged again the following month. So I called once again to ask why I'm getting charged once again for my "one month" subscription. The person on the other end was very rude and refused to give me a refund for the second months charge. While I had my subscription I replied to several girls that had emailed me in the first place. I never received an email back which makes me believe that maybe these profiles didn't exists and they made them up in order to get people to sign up. So please beware!
In summary, I would not recommend Date.com to a friend.
